The other day I was reading a very interesting article about success, there was a particular line that caught my attention in that moment,“Success is not always found at school. School isn't for everyone, as simple as that.”
Lately some of my coursemates are facing prob regarding their semester results. Personally I really think that I am taking a subjects which is not suitable for me. ACTUARIAL SCIENCE, a subject that requires lots of calculation and economic concepts. Although I cant deny that I am good in maths but I don't really like it. I thought my life in university will be enjoyable. I thought I can do some studies about what I really like.
A few more good friends being terminated from my course already. I am wondering if i can stand until the last semester and graduate on time. Even if I can graduate, should I really find a job related to this field? Is this the life I really want?
Is "making money" = "success" ?
I wont say NO. Money is just a small portion of our lives.
For me, what does really matter is not good grades but your personalities and your attitude.
How many friends that can help you when you are in trouble?
How people think about you?
All these things are much more valuable than money.
I just finish watching Shrek 3. And I really like a phrase by Shrek.
"Even all the people look at you as you are losers or they don't really look on you. Don't get sad. All these doesn't matter. The improtant is how you really look at yourself."
He has his point there. If you believe that they are correct, that means you accept yourself as a loser and they will have no chance to see another side of you.
Every person on earth is valuable. Each person has their own strength.
God doesn't create rubbish.
You just haven't really know yourselves.
Trust me.
If you are in sad mood, hopefully my words will bring you some joy and peace in your heart.
God Bless U n ME...
